Stuffed Zucchini

Preparation: preheat oven to 400 degrees.


Ingredients:
4 baby zucchini or 2 regular zucchini
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 small can tomato sauce

Instructions:
1. Cut each zucchini in half: scrape the insides into a bowl
2. mix cheese, salt, garlic, and tomato sauce in the bowl, ensuring that the pieces of zucchini are finely chopped
3. refill the zucchini with the mixture: if desired, top with cheese

Bake at 400 degrees until heated through.
