Chili



Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 small onion, diced
1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, with liquid
1 (1.25 ounce) package reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions
Mix the tomatoes, onion, white beans, chili beans, taco seasoning mix, and ranch dressing mix in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer. Top with cheese to serve.

Consider mixing in lentils to give it a more chili-like consistency.
